Papadakis internships run for 3–6 months, are paid (basic costs covered), and offer meaningful involvement across editorial, production, design, communications, rights, and events. Interns work closely with the publishing team, contributing directly to high-profile illustrated books with international reach, while shaping their role within a creatively ambitious and purpose-driven environment.
